Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Diploma in Nursing
∎ Training/ Trade Course: caregiver trainer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop class materials as per NSDA/BTEB curriculum
∎ A lesion with NSDA/BTEB authorities to conduct assessments and reassessments for trainees.
∎ Supporting weak trainees to better in the studies and practical lessons
∎ Taking a daily class and monthly exams on the theoretical and practical part
∎ Maintaining class attendances, trainees' performance
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports
∎ Documentation of class progress and center
∎ Maintain a log of lab equipment, tools, and materials
∎ Enforces classroom protocols, rules, and regulations; maintains classroom discipline; utilizes effective classroom management techniques.
∎ Recruit trainees for courses, marketing courses for trades in different areas
∎ Prepare trainees for job interviews, application, and job placement
∎ Communicating with potential employers for job placement for trainees
∎ Maintaining official visits from donor organizations and government bodies
∎ Purchasing tools, materials, and equipment for lab
∎ Organizing events for trainees and special days
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ caregiving
∎ Certificate as caregiver trainer from BTEB or NSDA will get preferences
Salary: Negotiable
