∎ Training/Trade Course: caregiver trainer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): caregiving

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop class materials as per NSDA/BTEB curriculum.
∎ A lesion with NSDA/BTEB authorities to conduct assessments and reassessments for trainees.
∎ Supporting weak trainees to better in the studies and practical lessons.
∎ Taking a daily class and monthly exams on the theoretical and practical part.
∎ Maintaining class attendances, trainees' performance.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Documentation of class progress and center.
∎ Maintain a log of lab equipment, tools, and materials.
∎ Enforces classroom protocols, rules, and regulations; maintains classroom discipline; utilizes effective classroom management techniques.
∎ Recruit trainees for courses, marketing courses for trades in different areas.
∎ Prepare trainees for job interviews, application, and job placement.
∎ Communicating with potential employers for job placement for trainees.
∎ Maintaining official visits from donor organizations and government bodies.
∎ Purchasing tools, materials, and equipment for lab.
∎ Organizing events for trainees and special days.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Certificate as caregiver trainer from BTEB or NSDA will get preferences

Salary: Negotiable
