Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide managerial coordination of a broad range of academic and operational services at the Savar campus.
∎ S/he will need to work closely with academic and operational leaders at the Dhaka campus to ensure high standards of service delivery.
∎ Work with the relevant academic leaders of the university to ensure that the curriculum at the Savar campus is of sufficient academic quality and closely aligned with BracU values.
∎ Provide effective leadership for a team of professionals, manage and control the financial budget of the campus.
∎ Promote the development of a wide range of student activities that enable students to broaden their overall education and cultural experience at BracU
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably as an in-charge of academic institution.
∎ Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, event planning and implementation, and general advocacy experience with university students is essential.
∎ Demonstration Of strategic capabilities and tangible evidence Of achieving meaningful results at a senior level will be necessary.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of international colleagues and external stakeholders is essential.
∎ Experience of undertaking previous international assignments would be beneficial.
