Previous experience in a call Centre or customer service role is preferred. Freshers are also encourage to apply.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure·
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software·
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload·
Fluency in English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day customer inquiries, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote company products and services.
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Update and maintain customer database with accurate information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
Ensure a positive customer experience by being responsive, courteous, and professional.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
