Responsibilities & Context:

• Languages: English, Hindi, Arabic

Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Location: Rampura Banasree, Dhaka

Position Overview

• Age Requirement: 18–30 years.

• Full-time, office-based role with commission-based pay structure and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to USA, Canada, and UAE customers using structured scripts.

• Understand customer needs, clarify issues, research solutions, and provide accurate responses.

• Sell services/products over the phone while adhering to company guidelines and compliance.

• Maintain accurate and updated records in the call center database.

• Meet and exceed personal and team qualitative & quantitative targets.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Fluency in Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage.

• Strong persuasion and closing ability over calls.

• Professional phone etiquette; self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Email).

• Willing to undergo a 3–6 month probation period (performance-based).

• Prior call center/telemarketing experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong client convincing capability.

• Team player with strong interpersonal & organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage calls under pressure.

• Target-oriented, persuasive, and punctual.
