Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in call centers, customer service, or sales support roles, preferably in FMCG or logistics industries.
Handle all inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Manage and resolve sales administration complaints, providing accurate information and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and track AVL (Asset Verification and Logistics) complaints by coordinating with relevant departments for swift resolution.
Conduct joining calls for new clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and understanding of products and services.
Oversee OT (Overtime) postings for cooler management, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
Maintain and update the logbook with all incoming and outgoing call details, complaints, resolutions, and follow-ups for accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with field teams, sales, and logistics departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure customer feedback is addressed promptly.
Provide daily reports on call activities, customer interactions, and complaint statuses to management for performance tracking.
Support customer retention and sales initiatives by promoting products and services during outbound and follow-up calls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
