Job Context:
∎ Company Name: CRID DAM Robotic Labs (a joint venture company of Dhaka Ahsania Mission and CRID USA).
∎ Location: Road #12 H #19 Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will work closely with the members of the Leadership Team to forecast and communicate company financial performance and actual variances from expectations.
∎ ? The ideal candidate will be very data driven along with have a minimum of 5+ years of finance and accounting experience along with prior experience working in a same or similar role.
∎ ? Will lead the operational aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company including areas such as revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses and working capital.
∎ ? Will partner with budget owners to create annual budgets, investigate spending variances, forecast monthly spending trends and prepare action plans to achieve business targets by providing forward-looking analysis and insight to business leads.
∎ ? Will analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
∎ ? Will work in a team environment to drive improvement in financial processes through tools/systems, automation, and standardization. Cross-train with shared services analysts to build skills and experience across the division finance team
∎ ? Will prepare balance sheet and cash flow variances to plan or budget
∎ ? Will prepare monthly reconciliations and supplemental schedules to support the financials
∎ ? Will assist with requirements of external auditors
∎ ? Will assist in preparing presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
∎ ? Will assist in managing all due diligence processes
∎ ? Will develop, analyze and report on business segment performance including managing key performance indicators
∎ ? Will help developing the annual budgets by preparing department budget templates, reviewing budgets for consistency and completion, analyzing spending trends, tracking headcounts, calculating allocations and preparing presentations. Takes the lead on several aspects of building the profit plan and coordinating requirements with key stakeholders
∎ ? Will oversees and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and ad-hoc reports and analysis
∎ ? Will analyze key performance drivers to investigate spending variances. Will Perform root cause analysis to resolve problems. Interprets financial results and communicates opportunities for improvement to budget leads
∎ ? Coordinate meetings and events with different organizations
∎ ? Develop artifacts
∎ ? Take meeting notes and summarize them
