∎ BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,North South University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Candidates who have completed online or offline courses in Digital Marketing or Project Management will be given preference. Certifications from reputable platforms or institutions are highly valued.

∎ Location Preference: Our office is located in Middle Badda, near BRAC University. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around this area.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand Client Needs: Analyze prospective clients' requirements and create tailored proposals that meet their business goals.
∎ Freelance Marketplace Engagement: Identify relevant projects on freelance platforms and effectively bid on them to secure new business opportunities.
∎ B2B Client Acquisition: Actively search for and engage B2B clients on LinkedIn, utilizing tools like Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation to maximize reach and impact.
∎ Social Media Utilization: Leverage social media channels to identify and connect with potential clients, ensuring the effective use of these platforms to expand our client base.
∎ Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring all expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Project Onboarding: Successfully onboard new projects by clearly defining scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
∎ Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that the team is aligned and working efficiently to meet project goals.
∎ Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, client management, or a related role.Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools. Experience in freelance marketplaces and project management is highly desirable.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
