∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
∎ Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
∎ Knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and basic sound editing.
∎ Ability to adapt motion design style to suit different audiences and brands.
∎ Experience with 2D animation is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Nice-to-Haves:
∎ Experience in creating storyboards or animatics.
∎ Basic understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific requirements.
∎ Knowledge of motion tracking, green screen keying, and VFX.
∎ Familiarity with project management tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and animate motion graphics for explainer videos, social media, ads, and branded content.
∎ Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final outputs, ensuring alignment with brand style and messaging.
∎ Collaborate with creative directors, scriptwriters, and sound designers to create visually impactful videos.
∎ Create assets such as intros/outros, kinetic typography, lower-thirds, transitions, and visual effects.
∎ Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and editing tools.
