∎ Skills Required: Business development, Computer skills, Sales & Marketing, Sales Executive

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development:
∎ Need to have knowledge for preparation and participation in EOI, RFP, RFQ and business presentation.
∎ MUST understand the Domestic & International Call Center & BPO market opportunities.
∎ This position requires at least 90% FIELD MARKETING (OFFICE VISIT).
∎ MUST BE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN PREPARING POWER POINT PRESENTATION
∎ Create, manage and mature leads for the business.
∎ Qualifying leads, prioritize opportunities and maintain a healthy Pipeline.
∎ Work with Telco, Enterprise, & Govt. vertical for ensuring existing business target.
∎ Analyze the potential business market and formulate effective planning to serve in the target market through quality visits, customer focus, product positioning and effective follow up with management teams.
∎ Must achieve target assigned by management. Responsible for the periodical business plan for the yearly revenue & targets along with directed standard.
∎ Present and sell company services to potential clients. Follow up with business development team on regular basis.
∎ Able to provide necessary report/ market forecast on a weekly basis.
∎ Analyze competitive scenario/SWOT analysis within the business market and formulate action plans accordingly.
∎ Conduct meeting with the officials of Government & Non-Government Organizations and negotiate to obtain potential business.
∎ Monitor and follow-up project status and accordingly ensure on time execution and collection process from the signed clients.
∎ Close project by effectively managing the process from start to finish.
∎ Actively follow up with Weekly, Quarterly and Yearly business Target and Achievement.
∎ Project Management:
∎ Continuously explore the new scope of improvement and bring delivery efficiency and share with Management team.
∎ This position required extensive knowledge on Linkedin, Facebook and other online social media.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in BPO sector will added extra advantage.
∎ Dedicated & can work independently and team environment.
∎ Can do attitude who can take challenge.
∎ Must have strong network and customer relationship management skills.
∎ Must be smart to create opportunities and relationship in an adverse situation.
∎ Must be able to understand customer/prospects pain point and identify right solution quickly.
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skill with pleasant personality.
