Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets of poultry, fish and cattle feed to increase market share.
∎ Deploy effective market penetration strategy by analyzing competitor's sales volume, current market demand & capacity building efforts to escalate market share.
∎ Monitor dealers, retailers and farmers on regular basis to expand sales opportunity.
∎ Ensure that predetermined sales target are achieved through coaching, monitoring and motivating team members.
∎ Coordinate with the distribution & delivery team to ensure timely delivery of product.
∎ Guide team members to source new dealers, retailers and farmers to maximize sales.
∎ Supervise order collection from the market and place order accordingly for uninterrupted sales.
∎ Promote elements and benefits of poultry, fish and cattle feeds by collaborating with technical team members to reach prospective customers.
∎ Prepare different reports such as sales report, sales forecast, performance evaluations, sales target, market analysis etc. and submit to functional head.
∎ United Feeds Limited (UFL) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries, which is engaged in the feed manufacturing business from the year 2001. Since its inception, it is attaining utmost customer satisfaction by providing high quality poultry, cattle and fish feeds through a strong distribution network. Currently we are looking for some proactive and skilled professionals under sales and marketing department of UFL. This position deserves someone who is capable of achieving daily sales target as well as have the capacity to monitor a team and the incumbent will report to functional head for his/her daily duties and responsibilities.
