Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth for the company.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns aimed at client recruitment.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on application progress and resolve any issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve business strategies.
- Offer personalized advice to clients on the best educational options based on their goals and aspirations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing them with information and guidance throughout the admission process.
