Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: International Operations:
International Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential international clients for call centre and BPO services.
- Pitch InfoTitan’s capabilities to overseas businesses.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with international clients.
Market Research & Strategy
- Research global outsourcing trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze market demands and propose strategies for business expansion.
- Prepare feasibility reports on new industries/markets for InfoTitan.
Business Development & Sales
- Generate qualified leads through networking, online platforms, and industry events.
- Develop proposals, business presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms with international clients to close profitable deals.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with operations and the management team to align business goals.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, deals, and market insights.
- Ensure all business opportunities are in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities ( Domestic Operations)
- Drive business growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients within the domestic BPO/call center industry.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share, strengthen brand presence, and achieve revenue goals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare customized business proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service-level agreements (SLAs) in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and training teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track and analyze account performance, monitor industry trends, and recommend innovative growth strategies.
- Provide regular performance and revenue reports to management, ensuring profitability and compliance.
