Responsibilities & Context:

International Operations:

International Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential international clients for call centre and BPO services.
  • Pitch InfoTitan’s capabilities to overseas businesses.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with international clients.

 Market Research & Strategy

  • Research global outsourcing trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market demands and propose strategies for business expansion.
  • Prepare feasibility reports on new industries/markets for InfoTitan.

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Develop proposals, business presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms with international clients to close profitable deals.

 Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations and the management team to align business goals.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, deals, and market insights.
  • Ensure all business opportunities are in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities ( Domestic Operations)

    • Drive business growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients within the domestic BPO/call center industry.
    • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share, strengthen brand presence, and achieve revenue goals.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare customized business proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service-level agreements (SLAs) in line with company objectives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and training teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Track and analyze account performance, monitor industry trends, and recommend innovative growth strategies.
    • Provide regular performance and revenue reports to management, ensuring profitability and compliance.
