Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational providers are needed to expand our network and drive growth.
∎ Full Support to the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and recruitment partners to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Developing lead generation campaigns with the in-market teams, conversion and student engagement campaigns.
∎ Planning, managing and conducting recruitment activities within Bangladesh.
∎ Plan events with local universities that we already have connections considering proper planning and outcome.
∎ Collaborate with the program management team to maximize student enrolment and program success.
∎ Assistance in the preparation of monthly reports on recruitment issues and trends inclusive of recommendations. Support of tasks relating the University Campuses – as part of a growing team of colleagues.
∎ Lead business meetings and training sessions for new recruiting partners.
∎ Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
∎ Analyze financial data to optimize business costs and increase profitability. Assist the team in achieving recruitment targets and support enrolment efforts.
∎ Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging business opportunities.
∎ Work closely with executives to pursue new business opportunities.
