∎ Develop reports and insights based on findings.
∎ Collaborate with teams to implement strategies for reducing cancellations.
∎ Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Provide recommendations for process improvement and customer service enhancement.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of findings and recommendations.
