Real Estate, Furniture, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports accordingly and assess ROI
∎ Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis
∎ Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong research and analytical skills
∎ In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
∎ A willingness to listen
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency
∎ Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
∎ Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
