Responsibilities & Context:
Develop marketing strategy, budget and promotional activities for the assigned brands
Prepare & allocate promotional materials as per plan
Monitor new products development and launching activities
Prepare quarterly brand strategies and tactics for field force and ensure execution in the marketplace
Analyze brand performance and implement monthly action plans for field force
Communicate and train field force to enhance their performance to achieve targets
Manage good relationship with key customers, identifying their needs, preferences and ensure timely support
