Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of academic advisors, counsellors, and administrative staff to achieve branch goals.
∎ Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and expand Zen Education’s presence in the region.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
∎ Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
∎ Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events, workshops, and campaigns to promote Zen Education’s services.
∎ Financial Management: Monitor branch performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
∎ Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management/ Board of Directors on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
