∎ BBA, MBA in any major or B.A, M.A in English from any reputed universities. But foreign degree from Australia will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operation for head office and ensure smooth functioning
∎ Lead and manage the Counselors, Applications and GTE staffs as well as administrative personnel
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism and collaboration
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of Counselors, if necessary, provide guidance and support as needed
∎ Adequate and current understanding of the educational institutions in various destinations, including their course prerequisites, academic standards, and most recent laws, etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge with numerous destinations with up-to-date information, direction, and transparent resources to help them realize academic and professional goals for studying abroad
∎ Sorting papers followed by a checklist and arranging them according to their legal and non-legal documentation needs.
∎ Working together to create plans with the counselors, marketing and visa team in order to meet sales goals.
∎ Supervise all areas of visa and immigration services, making sure the procedure goes without a hitch.
∎ Coordinate with Counseling and Application department in completing all visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they receive within the time limit set by the respective government authority.
∎ Create and maintaining compact business relationships with Foreign Universities/Colleges and educational providers on behalf of Company
∎ Represent company during international education fairs and events.
∎ Participate in online and offline events to represent the company
∎ Contribute to the development of Pro Info and Edu Consultant in Australia and Bangladesh alike.
∎ Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention
∎ Develop, monitor, and assist with counseling programs. Brainstorm ideas and participates in training and workshops.
∎ Mature enough to carry out relevant duties according to the guidance of the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English both written & spoken.
∎ Skills Required: Education Counseling, Education Marketing, Branch Management
∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in educational consultancy industry
∎ Counselors should have industry related accreditation or certificates like PIER, CCEA, British council certification or related.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a competitive environment
∎ Should be high ambitious, target achievers and goal oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities as well as challenges with commitment and honesty
∎ Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission
