- Implement school policies, procedures, and academic standards set by the head office.
- Supervise academic and administrative staff, including teachers, coordinators, and support teams.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Academic Management
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all grades.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom performance, and student progress.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators to align curriculum delivery and assessments.
- Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic development.
- Student Affairs
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and student welfare.
- Oversee admission processes and student enrollment targets.
- Handle student issues, complaints, and counseling as needed.
- Staff Development
- Organize training and workshops for teachers and staff.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Financial & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage branch budgets and financial reports.
- Oversee fee collection, expense control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure efficient use of school facilities and materials.
- Parent & Community Relations
- Maintain effective communication with parents through meetings, newsletters, and events.
- Build strong relationships with the local community and educational authorities.
- Represent the school branch in external meetings and functions.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure the branch complies with educational regulations and safety standards.
- Submit reports on academic performance, finances, and operations to the central management.
- Strategic Development
- Contribute to the school’s strategic goals and long-term planning.
- Initiate programs to enhance academic excellence and student engagement.
