Responsibilities & Context:
· Plan and deliver engaging O Level Biology lessons in line with the Cambridge syllabus.
· Prepare students for O Level examinations, including practical and alternative to practical components.
· Design and conduct laboratory experiments safely and effectively.
· Assess,monitor, and report student progress regularly.
· Develop lesson materials, assignments, and revision resources.
· Provide structured exam preparation, including past paper practice and feedback.
· Support students in developing critical thinking, analytical, and scientific skills.
· Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
· Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
· Ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
