Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate bills for diagnostic services (e.g., pathology, imaging, consultations).
∎ Verify test requisitions and patient information before billing.
∎ Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and front desk staff to ensure accuracy in billing.
∎ Collect payments via cash, card, or mobile payment methods.
∎ Maintain daily billing records and report to the accounts department.
∎ Handle patient queries related to billing and clarify discrepancies.
∎ Ensure proper application of discounts, packages, and promotional offers.
∎ Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation and submit reports to management.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
