Title: Behavior Change Communication Specialist/Team Leader

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
∎ Master’s Degree in social sciences and 10 years’ experience in similar assignments.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management and Implementation of required behavior change objectives and KAP of target groups
∎ Cross channel message development for integrated campaigns.
∎ Evidence- based media planning and implementation
∎ BCCM Capacity Building Plan development at national and local levels
∎ Design tailored curriculums for each type of trainee (decision makers, Master Trainers, local service provider, etc.) to ensure that the key messages developed are integrated into the curriculum for both interpersonal communications and community marketing events
∎ Ensure the quality of training through leading key training courses and providing supportive supervision of other trainers (Field Consultants)
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure that all activities are implemented as per plan
∎ Develop monitoring and evaluation plans to focus on reach, coordination, scope, quality, and feedback
∎ Monitor project implementation and partner coordination to achieve project objectives
∎ Revise campaign communication needs as the program evolves
∎ Train PMU, PIU and PA staffs on BCCM
∎ Coordinate activities with other entities providing urban PHC services
∎ Serve as the interface between the Client and Firm.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in Bangladesh or in a developing country of the same social, economic status as Bangladesh required.
∎ Proven experience in leading behavior change communication programs including overseeing formative research, message development, program implementation, BCC capacity building and monitoring and evaluation is required.
∎ S/he should have experience in leading a team of multi-disciplinary experts, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ English language fluency required.

Salary: Negotiable
