Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Mass Communication Journalism
∎ A Bachelor or Masters Degree in any discipline with 5 years’ experience in supporting community outreach interventions in field settings. Experience in IPC, community mobilization, mass media, advocacy and training skills required. Prior project advocacy experience with government staff, elected representatives and community leaders is a mandatory requirement. English and Bangla language fluency is required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Team Leader/ BCC Expert, these TOs will be the firm’s outreach arms in the field. They will ensure that the 5 PA NGOs under their coverage receive all the required BCCM support for effective implementation. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to
∎ 1) Train NGO staff to develop annual BCCM media plans
∎ 2) Orient and train NGO staff on new tools and campaign materials
∎ 3) Support implementation of local campaigns, video screenings, special events, branding and advocacy meetings
∎ 4) Organize and supervise local theater groups during performances
∎ 5) Facilitate events and the post-event interactions with audiences to enhance project awareness and respond to FAQs
∎ 6) Provide supportive engagement to liaison with corporations, municipalities, community leaders, brand ambassadors for advocacy towards project transition
∎ 7) Conduct regular field visits to their 5 PA NGOs to support the Master Trainers in PA NGO trainings and ensure that all activities are carried out with good quality
∎ 8) Report on best practices, submit interesting stories, video uploads of events, community celebrity endorsements for the project newsletter and websites
∎ 9) Update the Team Leader regarding the BCCM field activities on a regular basis.

Salary: Negotiable
