Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

•  At least 1 year of proven teaching or training experience in basic computer education.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, Windows OS, and internet tools
• Hands-on knowledge of software installation and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools in teaching and live projects, enhancing learning outcomes in research writing, data handling, and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English, with a calm and patient teaching style.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom/Google Meet) and digital resources for blended learning.
• Positive, learner-focused attitude with the ability to inspire confidence in beginners.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct interactive classes on computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), internet use, and Bangla/English typing.
• Teach software installation, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, and safe internet practices.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments that suit learners of different skill levels.
• Provide step-by-step guidance in both Bangla and English to ensure students understand and gain confidence.
• Offer one-to-one support when needed, including after-class Q&A and lab assistance.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress reports, and student feedback records.
• Stay updated on the latest software versions and productivity tools to keep course content current.
