Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Bangla

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Bangla teacher you will be preparing and delivering lessons to the student.
∎ Marking work, giving proper feedback and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development. Preparing pupils for qualifications and external examinations
∎ Managing pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises
∎ Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities
∎ Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
∎ Participate in ongoing training sessions.
∎ Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.
∎ Work under the guidance/instructions of Principal

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in the English Language is a must.
∎ Experience of working with children
∎ The ability to build good relationships with children, teachers, parents, and carers
∎ A basic understanding of how children develop and learn
∎ Flexibility and creativity
∎ The ability to work as part of a team
∎ Good reading, writing and numeracy skills
∎ Patience and a sense of humor
∎ The ability to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behavior.
