Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing lesson plan as per curriculum.
Maintaining enjoyable classroom environment.
Preparing, co-operating and evaluating class test, quiz and term exams. Monitoring the progress of the student to counsel them and assisting them to improve.
Ensuring active participation of students in the class.
Must have the ability to speak clearly to students, other teachers, guardians and administration officials.
Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons in creative ways.
Maintaining proper discipline in the classroom.
