∎ MS/BS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent degree or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop multi-user games, immersive VR worlds, in-game commerce, including the design and development of APIs and integration with multiple backend databases and services
∎ Develop Unity-based multiplayer real-time strategy game, backed by advanced AI models
∎ Design, develop, test, and release new features focusing on customer experience
∎ Responsible for mitigating accumulating technical debt, thus ensuring the stability and performance of the Game server
∎ Support Unity development for other products (including a AR / VR product)
∎ Help architect modular systems that can integrate with various data pipelines and modeling backends
∎ Use best practices for security, data protection, and maintainability
∎ As a part of this role it's also expected to make sure we continuously document our work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong mathematics skills, including proficiency with trigonometry, and linear algebra
∎ 5+ years professional coding experience in C/C++ or C#
∎ Fluency in Python
∎ Experience in building 3D game content for desktop and mobile game environments using Unity game engine and C#
∎ Experience with Unity3D and JavaScript/C# scripting, working with textures, animation, GUI styles, user session management, and statistical analyses
∎ Knowledge of 3D development, good understanding of algorithms, and integrated game physics
∎ Relevant experience with system setup and configuration
∎ Have a portfolio of substantial and impressive completed projects
∎ The capacity to make frequent, readable, well-tested code commits
∎ In-depth knowledge of unity and Unity3D software
∎ Experience with VR and mobile game development
∎ Good communication skills for sharing ideas clearly, learning from others, and giving meaningful feedback
∎ Experience with memory and space optimization
∎ Solid understanding of networking - HTTP down to the network layer (TCP/IP, routing, etc), XML, JSON and web based APIs
∎ Understanding of relational databases like MySQL
∎ Understanding of software performance and impact of latency in fast paced online games
∎ Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure capabilities and best-practices
∎ Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS, as well as .net
∎ Experience working with or contributing to in-house engine development
∎ Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
∎ Meticulous about writing clean, maintainable code
