As a B2B Lead Generation Manager in the field of digital marketing, you will be instrumental in formulating, executing, and optimizing outbound marketing campaigns to acquire and engage potential business clients.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, Web Research

Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a strategic and tactical B2B Lead Generation Manager with a focus on online sales. This role entails creating and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), Buyer Personas, prospecting via various platforms, including LinkedIn and other data sources, qualifying prospects, running campaigns, performing A/B testing, fine-tuning strategies, and scaling up successful approaches.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze customer data and market research to develop & refine ICP and Buyer Personas.
∎ Leverage LinkedIn and other data sources to identify potential leads and decision-makers
∎ Research and identify appropriate data sources to gather relevant information.
∎ Conduct thorough qualification of leads based on ICP and Buyer Personas.
∎ Prioritize and categorize leads based on potential value and fit for the business.
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor outbound marketing campaigns.
∎ Utilize various digital marketing channels to deliver tailored messages and content.
∎ Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
∎ Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
∎ Continuously analyze campaign results and performance metrics to fine-tune strategies.
∎ Scale successful campaigns and strategies to reach a broader audience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Internet Technology.
∎ Strong expertise in internet technology and digital marketing principles.
∎ Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
∎ Result-oriented, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual.
∎ Quick learner with a commitment to achieving set goals and targets.
∎ Proficient in analytical skills, reporting, problem-solving, and communication.
∎ Collaborative team player with excellent time management and adaptability.
∎ Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach and strong negotiation skills.
