∎ Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in the automotive sector.
∎ Strong knowledge of car models, features, and pricing in the local market.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
∎ Self-motivated with a passion for cars and customer service.
∎ Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM systems.
∎ Prior experience in luxury or high-end automobile sales will be an advantage.
