∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Can clearly understand either local Cumilla accent and translate in standard Bangla
∎ Very good at typing Bangla using Avro or Bijoy.
∎ Graduate in any discipline (You can also apply if you are a running student as long as you can manage your class and exam timing on your own.
∎ Good with basic computer applications and tools (MS office and internet browsing)
∎ Additionally good English Communication skills will be a plus (Not Mandatory)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Listen to audio contents prepared in local Cumilla dialect and translate and write them to standard Bangla using typing software such as Avro or Bijoy.
∎ Ensure content accuracy is over 90%
∎ Have to maintain spelling errors within 90% - 95% (Word Error Rate/WER)
∎ As a QA, need to check the contents translated by other team members
∎ Continuously learn and apply new techniques and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Communicate any issues or challenges with project leads in a timely and professional manner
∎ Adhere to project deadlines and deliver production within predetermined timelines
∎ Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (Mondays to Fridays)
∎ Location: CRP Hospital Building, Bhashantek Road, Mirpur 14th, Dhaka (WFO)
∎ Employment: Contractual (Renewable)
∎ Vacancy: 3 (Candidates with fluency in Cumilla dialect).
∎ Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for listening to audio recordings/messages and then typing them in standard Bangla using Avro or Bijoy. The incumbent will be checking different transcribed documents and ensure quality.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
