Responsibilities: (Trainer for Consumer Foods sales)

Prepare training materials, PPT slides, practical case studies and guidelines.

Assess training effectiveness via feedback surveys, performance metrics and follow-ups.

Identify training needs and gaps.

Conduct regional sales training.

Market visit regarding sales, image & stock management.

Keep monitoring market & ensure sales target goal.

Follow up training to develop the sales skill.
