Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
∎ Monitor and manage compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
∎ Contribute to cash flow management and forecasting efforts.
∎ Facilitate coordination and preparation for audits.
∎ Provide financial insights and support for decision-making processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance and accounting department.
∎ Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
