• Only Male

• Personal motorcycle and motorcycle license owner will be given preference.

• Savar-Manikganj local residence will be given preference.  

• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.

• Capable to handle large number of Guarding Operations of few areas.

• Ensure daily morning operational reporting from all zones.

• Planning & Execution of Weekly/Monthly operational new deployment, existing project development, Supervision etc.       

• Ensure regular checking of the Security and Armed Guards by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer both day and night.

• Ensure smooth guarding operations services of different clients like Banking, Industrial, Corporates, Universities and Hospitals etc.

• Daily client visit schedule and submit feedback report to reporting senior on a Daily / Weekly basis.

• Carryout Recruitment of Security and Armed Guards, impart proper training to them and then deploy them timely to their respective posts is the main task of Operation Department.

• Problem solving and reporting to superior regarding operational issues.

• Any other task assigned by the top management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
