∎ Preference will be given to personal motorcycle owners and motorcycle license holders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of handling a large number of guarding operations across multiple areas.
∎ Ensure daily morning operational reporting from all zones.
∎ Plan and execute weekly/monthly operational deployments, development of existing projects, supervision, etc.
∎ Ensure regular checks on security and armed guards by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer, both day and night.
∎ Ensure smooth guarding operation services for different clients, such as banking, industrial, corporate, universities, hospitals, etc.
∎ Prepare and submit a daily/weekly client visit schedule and feedback report to the senior management.
∎ Oversee the recruitment of security and armed guards, provide proper training, and ensure timely deployment to their respective posts.
∎ This is a primary task of the Operations Department.
∎ Address operational issues, providing problem-solving solutions and reporting to superiors.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
