Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Mobile Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertaking internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives
∎ Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
∎ Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
∎ Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement
∎ Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up
∎ Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
∎ Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing unnecessary costs
∎ Makes recommendations for the best ways for a company to avoid fraud and reduce waste
∎ Assesses best financial practices for an organization and makes relevant, informed suggestions
∎ Perform risk assessments and deliver high quality, high impact financial and compliance audits.
∎ Facilitate multiple stakeholders to agree on appropriate solutions and verify that risks are mitigated appropriately.
∎ Prepare reports which you will present to senior level management and provide for reporting to the Audit Committee
∎ Translate risks into business issues and help prioritize findings and recommendations in tune with our corporate strategy.
∎ Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Attention to detail is imperative
∎ 5 experience in audit & Inspection section.
∎ Organization and time-keeping skills
∎ Applicants must have good command in English.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutions
∎ Excellent reporting skills
∎ The ability to keep calm under pressure, especially when there are tight deadlines
∎ The ability to think objectively
Salary: Negotiable
