Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Training Programs: Organize and conduct training sessions for garment factory employees, including:
∎ Helper to Operator Training: Train helpers to upgrade their skills and promote them to operator roles.
∎ Operator to Multiskill Operator Training: Provide training to operators to acquire multiskill capabilities for better productivity and efficiency.
∎ Training of Trainers (ToT): Develop and implement a structured ToT program to equip experienced staff to conduct training.
∎ Training of Assistants (ToA): Conduct training for assistant roles to ensure they support operators effectively.
∎ Tracking and Recording of Training Data: Maintain accurate records of all training sessions, including attendance, topics covered, and employee progress. Keep training documentation up-to-date and ensure that all records are properly archived for easy access and reference.
∎ Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management review. Provide regular updates to the manager on the status of ongoing training programs, including feedback, improvements, and any challenges encountered.
∎ Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all training-related matters, communicating with managers and other relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with department heads to ensure the timely scheduling and execution of training programs.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Implement best practices to enhance employee skills and overall factory performance.
∎ Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that training programs comply with quality standards. Monitor the implementation of newly acquired skills on the factory floor and provide follow-up support when necessary.
∎ Support Manager in Operational Activities: Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth execution of training programs and contribute to the overall improvement of production processes.
