  • Should have experience in Customs Bond, Import, Export, Clearing and Forwarding process
  • Should have experience in EPZ factories
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills, action-oriented approach to work and decision making
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized and self-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and Online Application System.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Liaison with Banks, Customs Bond, VAT, BGAPMEA, office, and all others required office.

  • Responsible for Bond License renewal process, Customs Auditing, Warehousing Management, Online/Offline UP, and other Customs Bond related issues.

  • Supervise all imports & exports through C&F agents & freight forwarders.

  • Monitor the factory related all license renewal activities which are issued from Govt. and non-Govt. organization.

  • DEDO Sahagh issue, UD/UP wise import goods properly follow up for consumed.

  • Have thorough knowledge in Banking System/FOC/Commercial Item and H.S. Code(s) for imported goods and customs clearance formalities thereof.

  • Issuance of Bank Guarantee, N.O.C from bond customs if required release the import consignment.

  • Monitor import L/C (Foreign & Local), shipment schedule, bank acceptance, fund arrange, liaison with the bank for import & export payment,

  • Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.

  • Oversee the export L/C`s terms and conditions.

  • Monitoring the export documents preparation and submission, duly collection bank acceptance, export/inland bill purchase/discount, payment schedule, and outstanding/overdue status and proceeds realization.

  • Monitor bank activities/policy, import (under EDF facilities), and export under bank policy.

  • Communicate with the clint and process of all documents for clear the LC payment timely
