Maintain Export L/C, Sales Contract and Export documentation.
Prepare the vessel booking and approval schedule based on total monthly orders.
Make e-mail correspondence with buyer, buying agent/freight forwarder/shipping line/C & F agent, concerned Marketing & Merchandising official, and concerned officials of the manufacturer.
Follow up and monitor all works lying in between the dispatching of the export consignment and its arrival at port.
Prepare documents for bank negotiation as per terms and conditions and conditions of the export L/C.
To Collecting shipping order from web booking site for Shipment.
Preparing to EXP and pass from Bangladesh Bank Online Platform for goods shipment & maintain EXP register. Preparing & verifying B/L draft for shipment.
Prepare export document & handover the Bank, same Forwarder & Buyer office in time.
Follow up for Export with shipping department.
To collect/surrender OBL from/to Forwarder office.
To submit/collect required documents to/from Bank. Prepare to Shipper NOC / Bank NOC.
Follow up cargo Ex-Factory status and negotiation.
Coordinate with C&F, Shipping line, customs & other related offices for smooth shipment.
Prepare original Shipping documents and send to Bank and Buyer Office.
Prepare & Collect CO from Chamber of commerce.
Prepare Pay Order Forwarding Letter and Collect to Pay Order from Bank.
DHL courier online booking for courier
All kinds of Export statement for accounts/costing department.
Renewal of all legal documents Association related work.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
As Per Company Policy.
