∎ Post Graduate in Hotel Management will get preferred.
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
∎ Skills Required: Cash Management, Guest service, Leadership and Good Communication skill., POS Software, team work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
∎ Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business.
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external guest service
∎ Identify guests' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
∎ Respond efficiently and accurately to guests complaints
∎ Organize and supervise shifts
∎ Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
∎ Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
∎ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly
∎ Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
∎ Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
∎ Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with guests, internal business lines, and external vendors.
∎ Prepares inventories and supervises revised work schedule.
∎ Proposes & control menu policies, pricing of regular outlets in close co-operation with the Executive Chef.
∎ Works closely with purchasing in regard of price and quality controls, market research and purchase plan.
∎ Advises and controls stewarding in all matters relating to his department, cleaning schedules, washing procedures and consumption of detergent.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel or Hospital or other Hospitality sector
∎ Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall guest’s satisfaction
∎ Analyzing training needs/requirements
∎ Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
∎ Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
∎ Familiarity with restaurant management software's
