Education:
∎ Graduation/ Post graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university. Graduates with CGPA 3.50 and above will be given preference. Female candidates will be given higher priority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound international calls in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
∎ Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Previous working experience in a customer support role.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skill.
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
