∎ Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline. Candidates having an English medium background (having completed O'levels and A'levels) will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Collaboration and Teamwork, English listening, English Reading Skills, Excellent customer service skills, Excellent English Writing and Speaking, Organized and Disciplined, Problem solving and decision making

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO Industries, Call Center Agent, Customer Support/ Client Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be part of an international team and provide all customer queries through positive and effective responses.
∎ Identify the need of customers and provide customer support in real-time, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Communicate with the client via different channels: Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone & email.
∎ Navigating different online IT tools and systems to provide accurate information.
∎ Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders based on the trends in your interactions.
∎ Escalate customer issues/unsatisfied queries to the right channel for prompt resolution.
∎ Accomplish client SLAs, and establish reporting to Line Managers as required.
∎ Maintain reports on performance, targets, and customer queries as required by the client.
∎ Ensure customer and client satisfaction, and meet CSAT targets/KPIs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Good in working with Google Suite applications; Familiar with with CRM software such as Zendesk;

Salary: Negotiable
