∎ PhD in respective discipline with minimum two first class division/class and having 5 (Five) publications in which 3 (three) as Assistant Professor in recognized journals as per UGC guidelines
∎ ExperienceAt least 7 (Seven) years university-level teaching and research experience in which 3 years as Assistant Professor as per UGC rules (for PhD holder)

∎ Applications are invited for the post of Associate Professor in the following departments on prevailing terms and conditions of USTC.
∎ Department of Pharmacy, Department of Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FPS)
∎ Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Department of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, Faculty of Life Sciences (FLS)
∎ Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology (FSET)
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Teaching Undergraduate and Graduate courses as per USTC rules;
∎ Undertaking research, organise workshops in the Faculty and develop national/ international inter-university collaboration.
∎ Maintaining documentation as per requirement of UGC, BAC, BPC etc;
∎ Preparing course outline, lesson plan, lecture materials, tutorial and schedule for students and conduct theoretical, tutorial and lab classes, extension teaching, related research and cooperative field experience;
∎ Conducting Examinations and related tasks;
∎ Guiding and supervising project work, internship, dissertation or thesis;
∎ Guiding and supervising students to perform co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
∎ Carrying out administrative tasks assigned by the Authority time to time.
∎ Ensuring academic discipline and standards as well as report on other matters including the student affairs of USTC and perform responsibilities as per the Private University Act of 2010;
∎ Conducting research and experiments to advance knowledge in the concerned fields with publications.
