The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree with minimum CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in both LLB or equivalent degree and LLM or equivalent degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution and 7 years of teaching or 9 years of service experience of which, in both cases, at least 5 years of active teaching in the post of Assistant Professor and above.
The candidate must have at least 5 publications including at least 3 as first author in Scopus/ Web of Science/ISI indexed journal/book/book chapter as Assistant Professor.
Candidates having extraordinary excellence in publications (in excess of 5 publications in Scopus/ Web of Science/ISI indexed journal/book/book chapter as first author) and teaching performance, academic and research leadership within 4 years of becoming Assistant Professor may be considered for appointment to next higher position.
