Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform data entry and processing using Google Sheets and CRM software.
∎ Follow client instructions and execute tasks on various online platforms.
∎ Conduct online research, verify, and authenticate information when required.
∎ Report to Team Leaders & Managers and escalate issues as needed.
∎ About the Role:
∎ We are seeking motivated Fresh Graduates with strong English fluency and proficiency in basic computer applications, including Excel/Google Sheets, Internet Research, and CRM tools. The ideal candidate should be flexible with rotational shifts (day & night) and eager to learn and grow within the industry.
