Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, assess and fulfill customers' needs/requirements to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive written communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Meet daily targets as assigned and ensure error-free work and 100% attendance.
∎ Report to the Team Leader any tasks completed and escalate any issues if required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Graduate from any University. Candidates with a background in BBA & CSE are preferred in the role.
∎ Basic Computer Skills ( knowledge of Spreadsheet, Excel, Word, Google Suite);
∎ Ability to research information from web-based/offline platforms;
∎ Excellent Typing Speed (about 40 WPM).
