∎ Job Context
∎ • To join our team, we're looking for a qualified, skilled, and knowledgeable Interior Architect & Designer. We are looking for an Architect, possessing sound Interior Design skill. Job Responsibilities
∎ • Must have experience in interior design work
∎ • Conceptualization of the project work and measurement of the project
∎ • Building design
∎ • Practical work experience in landscape
∎ • Solid high-end interior design experience, expertise in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, BOQ
∎ • Work as an active member in the team
∎ • Follow-up leads
∎ .• Visit clients and make sales.
∎ • Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
∎ • Collaborate and get quality designs prepared.
∎ • Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
∎ • Prepare designs based on client requirements.
∎ • Handle client queries and ensure after-sale support. Employment Status

∎ • BSC or Diploma in Interior Architecture / Architecture Experience Requirements
