Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use the client portal to document the information of patients in terms of their medical
∎ insurances.
∎ Categorize and make inputs of information according to the guidelines from client.
∎ Calculating bills, pricing and documenting them within the given timeline.
∎ Document/reserve information in spreadsheet as well.
∎ Send information to patients in PDF format as required.
∎ Maintain clear information, both verbally and in writing to patients that ensures
∎ thorough understanding.
∎ Meet daily targets as assigned and ensure error-free work and full attendance.
∎ Report to the Team Leader any tasks completed and escalate any issues if required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Graduate from any University/ Institute
∎ From any discipline, but preferably having a CSE/EEE Background
∎ Basic Computer Skills; Basic Cognitive Skills; Researching and browsing skills; Knowledge on Spreadsheet and Excel; Good Typing Skills
