Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing and giving solutions to customer's queries
∎ Join in daily client calls for updates, Q&A, and training.
∎ Use different CRM software to update customer information.
∎ Ability to multitask between different platforms.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good English Communication and writing skills
∎ Sound knowledge of basic computer applications (MS office, google sheet, google doc, drive etc)
∎ Completed Graduation under any discipline
∎ Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
∎ Must be able to adapt to changes in working processes.
