  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field from a UGC-approved university is preferred, with no third division and a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.

Responsibilities & Context:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports brand communication, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives across both digital and print platforms. This role demands a strong sense of aesthetics, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of brand-driven visual storytelling—particularly within the context of the financial sector. Working closely with the Creative Manager, Copywriter, and Marketing & Communications team, the designer will ensure that all visual assets reflect a consistent, modern, and professional brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations, brochures, banners, internal memos, reports, and event branding materials.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, contextually aligned creative outputs.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to updated brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.
  • Assist in implementing and refining brand identity elements across various communication touchpoints.
  • Manage the complete design lifecycle—from concept development to final delivery—ensuring precision, quality, and timely completion.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative standards.
  • Develop reusable templates and maintain an organized design asset library for internal use.
  • Provide design support for events, including visual elements for booths, backdrops, and promotional materials.
  • Adapt regional or global campaign visuals to align with local market preferences and audience sensibilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and ad agencies to ensure accurate execution of design deliverables.
